Host an Event at Cobb Island Station

World Healing Institute offers the unique facility at historic Cobb Island Coast Guard Station on the  Eastern Shore for meeting and retreat space. Our aim is to provide fellow organizations, groups and individual program presenters an affordable and inspiring alternative for hosting their events.

This amazing space includes a conference room that can accommodate up to 75 people, dining room for 30 and overnight accommodations for up to 15 people.

Accommodations:

• Dining Hall that comfortably seats 30, with overflow seating on the beautiful screened in porch (in season).
• Conference Room with panoramic view of the Barrier Islands seats up to 75. Drop down projection screens and projector available.
• Seven bedrooms and six baths appointed with resort quality furnishings and views. Comfortably sleeps 14 in double occupancy rooms. Handicap accessible.
• Library, screened-in porches and outdoor seating areas are available for small group break-out sessions.
• Kayaks, hot tub and TurboSonic equipment available.
•  Wireless internet connection.

• Conference Room only
• First Floor: Includes Conference Room, Dining Hall, Kitchen Use.
• Entire Facility: Includes Conference Room, Dining Hall, Kitchen and Guest Bedrooms.
• Conference Room and First Floor available for full day, half day and evening timeframes.
• Rentals for the entire facility require minimum of 24 hours.

Rates vary depending on the scope of the event and the level of use. Prices range from $300 for half-day use of the conference room to $900 per day for the entire facility.

We will provide a list of local restaurants and caterers that can work directly with your group’s needs.  (Meals are not included in rental fees.)   We also work closely with a network of holistic practitioners, eco-tourism guides, and local attractions that are available to make your stay on the Eastern Shore a truly transformative experience!

We make every effort to work with interested groups to ensure that our charges are compatible with their budget requirements. Special rates are available for non-profit organizations.
